I’m so glad you’re here. It’s quite the journey, living this life. It’s easy to fall into despair and feel trapped and confused by it all, and yet…

There is so much beauty it breaks my heart wide open. There is such kindness to witnesses, such exquisite pleasure to be experienced.

We have a powerful decision to make, each one of us, in every moment. It can feel like too much sometimes, to choose to be HERE for it all. And yet, I do. I choose to stay awake despite knowing the tempting numbness of sleepwalking.

I choose to FEEL, after spending most of my life resisting the pain and ironically creating much more suffering. I choose orgasms and laughing so hard I snort, and diving head-first down rabbit holes, and being weird and awkward, and crying my eyes out, and having the hard conversations, and choosing the path of the HEART.

I choose to lead myself out of the mire and into my full, blazing brilliance, and to help anyone who wants to join me.

This is an invitation to claiming your power, your vision, your joy. I hope you see that our collective claim, our collective action toward making our world the world we want to live in starts with the choice to stay awake.

Community and connection are the not-so-secret ingredients for joy, success and achieving our dreams.

THE SHIFT is an intimate community of high-achiever women who gather to grow and learn from each other, to share our wisdom, and feel deeply held as we navigate life’s ups and downs.

We gather because we know that there’s more depth, purpose, joy and possibility available to all of us. We are not willing to settle for the status quo. We choose to live our most aligned, bravest, beautiful lives. We choose to shift paradigms—from competition, scarcity and fear, to reciprocity, abundance, creativity and love. We know that we are the creators of our own experiences and the catalysts for our own transformation.

I bring structure and powerful teachings, with a focus on shifting how you are being with and relating to your life and the world. Each month, we focus on a different theme: from core needs to intimacy to purpose to integrity to communication to time and money.

Every woman in our community is teacher and student. We share our experiences, insights and gifts with generosity and vulnerability. We co-create a brave, safe space in which we can practice embracing who we are and how we want to be, showing up with all of our messiness, supporting each other, and proving to ourselves that anything is possible.

We choose to lead. We play BIG. We dismantle our mental models. We confront our limiting beliefs. We heal our inner children.
